1. Pre-Order Commitment
   Each pre-order is prepared fresh and reserved exclusively for you. By submitting a pre-order, you agree to accept delivery and complete payment.

2. Delivery & Payment

   • Because everything is baked fresh in small batches just for you, orders placed before Monday at midnight will be delivered Friday evening or Saturday morning of the same week.

   • Orders placed after the Monday midnight cutoff will be scheduled for delivery the following Friday evening or Saturday morning.

   • All orders are delivered by La Petite Brioche to the address or meeting point agreed upon at the time of ordering.

   • Payment must be made in person at the time of delivery, in accordance with Virginia’s cottage food law.

   • We deliver within 5 miles of the address below.

3. Delivery Fees:

   • Free delivery for addresses within 1 mile of La Petite Brioche, 2113 Grayson Pl., Falls Church, VA 22043.

   • For orders up to $30, a $4.99 delivery fee applies.

   • For orders between $30 and $50, a $2.99 delivery fee applies.

   • Free delivery for orders over $50.

   • Customers will be notified of any applicable delivery fee before their order is confirmed.

4. Customer Availability

   • It is your responsibility to be available at the agreed delivery time and location.

   • If no one is present to receive your order, La Petite Brioche cannot leave items unattended due to food safety concerns.

5. No-Show / Failed Delivery

   • If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the order will be considered forfeited.

   • Customers who miss delivery may be refused future pre-orders until the missed order is resolved.

6. Cancellations

   • Cancellations must be made at least 4 days prior to delivery.

   • Late cancellations may still require payment at the next order, as your items will already have been prepared.

7. Refunds & Allergen Notice

   • Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final once prepared. Refunds are not issued for missed deliveries.

   • All products are homemade in a private kitchen not inspected by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS).

8. Right to Refuse Service
   La Petite Brioche reserves the right to limit or deny future orders from customers who repeatedly miss deliveries or refuse payment.
