💛 Pre-ordering with La Petite Brioche – What You Need to Know

Hi friends! We want to make pre-ordering from La Petite Brioche easy and enjoyable. Here’s a quick guide to how pre-orders and deliveries work:

🥐 How do pre-orders work?

  • Everything is baked fresh just for you.

  • When you place a pre-order, it’s a commitment — we’re setting aside those goodies just for your delivery.

🚗 How does delivery work?

  • We’ll bring your pre-order to the address or meeting spot we agree on.

  • Payment is made at delivery (check, Venmo, or card if available).

  • A small delivery fee may apply depending on distance — we’ll let you know before your order is confirmed.

⏰ What if I’m not home?

  • Please make sure someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled time.

  • For food safety reasons, we can’t leave items outside or unattended.

  • Missed deliveries are considered forfeited.

❌ Can I cancel my pre-order?

  • Of course! We just ask that you let us know at least 72 hours before delivery. Why 72 hours? Because each order is baked fresh, and we start planning and preparing your treats well in advance to make sure they come out perfect. 💛

  • If a cancellation comes in after that window, your goodies may already be in the works — which means we may still need to charge for it.

💵 Do you offer refunds?

  • Because everything is made fresh and perishable, all sales are final.

  • If we make a mistake, or something goes wrong on our end, we’ll make it right with a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

⚠️ What about food allergies?

  • All of our baked goods are made in a home kitchen not inspected by the Virginia Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (VDACS).

  • We do our best to avoid cross-contamination, but we can’t guarantee items are free from allergens (like wheat, dairy, nuts, eggs, or soy).

❤️ Anything else I should know?

  • Repeated missed deliveries or unpaid orders may mean we can’t accept future pre-orders.

  • By pre-ordering, you agree to these guidelines.
